Fridge Repair in San Tan Valley, AZ

This customer called us out for a Samsung refrigerator that was leaking water. We traced the source to the filter housing — where a generic knock-off filter had been installed.

While off-brand filters might fit at first glance, they often don’t seal correctly, leading to slow leaks and potential damage to the surrounding cabinetry or flooring.

Our Solution:

  • Identified the correct OEM water filter part number for their specific Samsung model
  • Sent the info to the customer so they could order the right part
  • Returned (at no extra charge) to help install the OEM filter when they had trouble getting it seated correctly

Once the proper filter was installed, the leak stopped entirely.

💡 Pro Tip: Always use OEM filters for Samsung refrigerators. Knock-offs can cost you more in the long run — not just in performance, but in water damage and repair costs.
