• Paid at the first visit and applied toward the total if you decide to move forward.

• $60 for our neighbors in Gilbert.

🔧 Flat-Rate Labor for Washer Repairs:

• Labor ranges from $130–$250, depending on the issue, and is determined at the time of diagnosis using the industry-standard Appliance Blue Book.

• Our flat-rate labor covers all trips needed to complete the repair — no added fees for return visits.

• Parts are priced separately, and your tech will go over everything with you before starting the repair.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

• Appointments can be requested through our online booking portal. In this portal you can provide us with all of the needed information and the 3 most convenient appointment windows. Phoenix Appliance Repair LLC will accept appointment and confirm the window with a follow up Text message to the number provided.

• Appointments can also be requested via text. Please send zip code, appliance, and symptoms to begin the discussion. We’ll reply with our availability to service your issue and details on pricing (listed above).

• Appointments can be requested over the phone Monday-Friday 9a-5pm.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

Dru Belnap has been an appliance repair technician working around the valley for over 5 years. He has worked under mentors with 20 plus years of experience and has worked with many different warranty companies as well as individuals.

Before training in appliance repair Dru worked for two years in a high profile Data Center as a team lead and before that he worked for 3 years in AC instillation and repair. Dru was a quick study in appliance repair as it has many similarities to his work in AC.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

Customers should be prepared to provide a photo of their model tag and a description of symptoms they are experiencing. Additional photos of error codes or broken pieces are also helpful. Our team will also ask questions to assist the tech in pre-diagnosis and to create an estimate in advance of diagnosis appointment when possible.
